If it's not the rain or the warm temperatures. it's the wind The power is out at Glen Eden due to the extremely high winds this evening, so we have had to face the difficult reality that will not be able to open for Closing Day tomorrow. We've said all along we have been at the mercy of Mother Nature this season and we guess she decided that we have had enough fun for this winter Once again, thank you for your understanding and support- we will see you back again on the slopes for the 2023-2024 season! With Mother Nature at the wheel, the 2022-2023 season has been one heck of a ride! We will be closing at 12PM today due to the heavy rain and taking into account the forecast and warm temperatures ahead, it looks like the weather has made another decision for us: tomorrow, Sunday, March 25, will be the last day of the season at Glen Eden. Come enjoy one last good day on the slopes and celebrate the season! We want to extend our biggest thank you to our amazing staff and especially the snowmaking team who really had their work cut out for them this season, as well as our Season's Passholders, visitors, first-time skiers and boarders who came out to try their hand at a new winter hobby, and everyone else who supported us this year.
